The young talents outshining the sun at Stockholm Stadium

The sun was not the only thing hot in today's inaugural classes during Longines Global Championstour and Stokcholm Horse Week Stockholm Stadium. The U25 riders as well as the young horses gave us numerous clear rounds. Belgian Andres Vereecke and D'artagan won the first Lövsta Future Challenge International Jumping U25 -class while Abdel Said and Elfy Equinoxes claimed victory for Lövsta Future Challenge for the young horses.

20 combinations from 7 nations entered the arena in the first U25 class. Irelands Harry Allen held the lead for quite a bit, but then came Andres Vereecke and snatched the win. Of the Swedish riders, 5 out 6 rode a clear round, where Hedda Wallin Carrero TZ was the fastest and landed on a 5th place.

We also got to see many talaented jumped horse that jumped the first class in an nice and confident way. Abdel Said was happy about today's ride:

-" I´m really pleased with my horse and nice to get a nice start to the weekend. I think the concept of Lövsta Future Challenge is great and it is so valuable for the young horses to get experience in these big arenas."
