Lövsta Future Challenge in collaboration with Vinceremos

For the 2023 season, Antonia Ax:son Johnson has decided to support Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center.

Since the inception of Lövsta Future Challenge US, a donation of $100 per entry has been made to a charitable organization. During the first two seasons donations were made to Friends of Palm Beach, most recently during the 2022 season $22 400 was raised for Brooke US.

For the 2023 season, Lövsta Future Challenge has partnered with Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center.

- “ I have supported Vinceremos for many years and have been involved in many different projects. The driving force of Vinceremos is a passion for horses and a deep understanding of what they can mean to us humans. I am so grateful that we now can continue our commitment in a broader sense, bringing the Lövsta Future Challenge riders to a new level of understanding of what Vinceremos brings to Florida,”says Antonia Ax:son Johnson, owner of Lövsta Stuteri and founder of Lövsta Future Challenge.

Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center was founded by Ruth Menor in 1982 and has ever since been serving people with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities of all ages in Palm Beach County since. It all started with operations offering only therapeutic riding to those in our community with disabilities. Today, six programs are offered providing the benefits of equine assisted activities and therapies.

If you love horses and horse sports then you appreciate the time, patience and dedication that goes into building a successful partnership. But horses offer great benefits and successful partnerships to many outside of the show ring too.

The programs at Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center are carefully constructed. The curriculum is adapted to fit the goals of each participant based on their individual objectives. Vinceremos instructors work with each perticipant to meet their individual goals. Vinceremos is a PATH Premier Accredited Center.

Horses bring these riders the same joy that you relish. They help a child build core strength and tone their muscles through the movement of a walking pony. A veteran finds relief and comfort in the presence of his equine partner. Traumatized girls in need of rebuilding their confidence, establishing boundaries, and finding their way to trust again, discover acceptance in the softness of a horse’s kind eye.

Vinceremos offers several different programs meeting the needs of individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities in our community. These programs include Adaptive Horseback Riding, Adaptive Carriage Driving, Hippotherapy, Equine Assited Learning and Education, Equine Assited Psychotherapy and Pre- Employment Training. Each of these programs meets specific objectives for the participant.

Horses don’t need to know your history, discuss your mistakes or your diagnosis, they accept you for who you are right now. They read your emotions and provide a mirror for reflection and self-regulation. Vinceremos appreciates horses for their willingness to share their strength, their acceptance of all, and trusting nature to develop social and life skills in a child with autism. Vinceremos helps those with challenges build physical and emotional strength, problem solving skills, and independence by focusing on their potential and capabilities, not their disabilities.

- “Vinceremos’ ability to provide equine activities is dependent on the generosity of our community. We are honored that the Lovsta Challenge has chosen to support our efforts in sharing the joy of horses with those who have disabilities,”says Tuny Page, President of the Vinceremos Board of Trustees
