He won last year together with Million Dreams (Millenium-Sandro Hit, own Henri Rouste,Jesse Honka) but didn´t think he would get the chance to return to Herning as a U25-rider. Million Dream was sold but returned to Germany just about a month ago. This week, they returned to Herning and scored a personal best with 76,060% in the Grand Prix Freestyle.
- " I´m just so happy. "Mildred" was so amazing today and it was quite emotional going up that last centre line. I turned 25 this year, so this will probably be the last time that I get to do an international U25 show with her. I´m super grateful to World Cup Herning and Lövsta Future Challenge", says Harrison.
Second place went to Sweden´s Maja Hermansson aboard Diva Pilekaer (Johnson-Blue Hors Schufro, own Equiettan Ab).
- "It was so much fun to ride our freestyle today. It felt like Diva stepped it up with every movement, and she seemed to love the atmosphere here in Herning. Riding into an arena like this, with such a big crowd, was absolutely incredible and made me eager to do this again,” says Maja."
Third place went to Denmarks Sophia Boje Obel Jørgensen with KGS. Hoergaard Tabasco.
World Cup Herning is the first in the total of three shows in the concept Lövsta Future Challenge International Tour. The tour creates opportunities for U25 riders to compete in the international arenas where competitions in the FEI Dressage World Cup™ are also held. Each leg consists of a U25 Grand Prix and Grand Prix Freestyle. The next stop of the tour is Jumping Amsterdam January 28th-31th 2027 and the tour concludes during the world cup finals at Gothenburg Horse Show 22-28 March 2027.
